Compensation: $95,000–$110,000, depending on experience

Position Overview
The Manufacturing Engineer will support and optimize manufacturing operations by ensuring that all assembly processes, equipment, and supporting systems operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with quality standards. This role plays a key part in driving process improvements, supporting new product introductions, and collaborating closely with production, design engineering, and quality teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain work instructions, process documentation, and manufacturing specifications to ensure product quality and consistency
- Create, update, and review Bills of Materials (BOMs) and related documentation
- Plan and implement process improvements to enhance safety, efficiency, and product quality
- Support engineering development projects by creating and updating DFSS and DFM processes
- Provide manufacturing input during design reviews to ensure safe, manufacturable, and compliant product designs
- Partner with test and design teams to ensure proper documentation, testing, and validation of processes
- Plan, document, and report results from process tests, workflow reviews, and manufacturing trials
- Analyze performance data, generate PPAP packages (including Capability Studies, FMEA, and Control Plans), and support corrective actions as needed
- Lead or support root cause analysis (RCA) investigations and implement corrective/preventive actions to eliminate non‑conformances
- Assist in maintaining a safe and healthy work environment, ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support plant operations and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field preferred
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial engineering environment
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, assembly methods, and quality systems
- Familiarity with electrical or electromechanical manufacturing is a plus
- Experience with process documentation, BOM creation, and production support
- Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, DFSS, or continuous improvement concepts
- Strong problem‑solving skills with experience in root cause analysis
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate across engineering, production, and quality teams
- Detail‑oriented, safety‑focused, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment
